First things first: Crohn’s disease is not my life. While it may appear this way on the internet, the amount of time I spend focusing on my illness is so much less. That’s the point. That’s why I share my experiences online and why I search for others like me. I want to spend less time dealing with the symptoms, and more time living!

You are so much more likely to hear me talk about my dogs (I have four – I know, I’m crazy) or my garden. If you can’t find me, I’m probably picking flowers for a bouquet I’ll make you later. If I’m not there, you’ll find me with my husband Zak, who has been by my side for over ten years.

Through my YouTube videos (which is likely how you found me), you’ll see how life blends together with illness as you grow. It has to. You’ll get a aste of that here, as well. Keep scrolling to see my journey with my disease and the things I’ve accomplished despite my illness.
